Safety is built into the flow. Every booking is strictly platonic and takes place only in public venues such as cafes, malls and event halls. Each date starts with a 4-digit meet verification OTP, and while a date is active you can share your live location with a trusted contact or trigger an SOS that alerts our safety desk with your coordinates. Any profile can be reported in-app and suspended immediately.

All payments are collected by the platform and held in escrow — you never pay a host directly. You can pay through our Razorpay gateway (UPI, cards, netbanking) or by scanning our UPI QR and submitting the 12-digit UTR for verification. Funds are released to the host only after the meet OTP is verified and the date is completed.

Yes. You can cancel from your Dates dashboard up to 4 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Gateway payments are refunded automatically to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 working days; UPI QR payments are refunded by our team within 3 working days. Inside the 4-hour window, contact support and our team will review it.

Cancel the existing booking before the 4-hour cut-off for a full refund and book the slot that suits you. Direct rescheduling and in-app messaging are on our roadmap.

Hosts create a profile with their name, city and rates, and can then submit a government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport or Voter ID) together with a liveness selfie. Only hosts who pass that manual review carry the verified badge, so you can always tell a verified profile from an unverified one. Payouts additionally require the payout account name to match the approved ID.

No. You can browse and swipe through companion profiles without signing up. An account is created for you automatically when you make your first booking, using the name and mobile number you enter at checkout.
